We recommend placing your order 3-4 months prior to your event.  However, the latest you can order is 14 days before your event date. *Please note: any orders placed within 30 days of the event date are subject to substitutions. We do not carry a live inventory. Blooms are sourced just for you. Ordering in advance helps to guarantee we can source specific blooms and greenery. 

We offer FREE pickup at Chandon Arbors in Keller, TX. Delivery available within the DFW Metroplex (delivery fees apply - based on distance from 76248)

We recommend picking up or getting your flowers delivered 2-3 days prior to your events.

Wholesale flowers are delivered to us from our wholesalers straight from the farm. When we receive your flowers, we perform quality control on all your flowers to ensure you’re receiving the freshest blooms. We give them a small trim and place in buckets to start immediately hydrating your blooms. They are then stored in our floral cooler until your pickup / delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not fully process the flowers. We ONLY trim the stems 1/2” to allow the flowers and greenery to properly start hydrating. The flowers are packaged, full stem and need to be processed or prepped before they are ready to be designed with. Which includes giving every stem a fresh trim, (including greenery) removing any thorns and guard petals from your roses and any leaves that will sit below the waterline in your buckets/vases.

Please set aside 1-3 hours to process your flowers depending on package size. If you do not have time or simply want to skip this step, we can process for you!

We’ve curated these kits to include flowers we love and know are available MOST of the time. However, flowers are a product of Mother Nature and she’s in charge here. Blooms are sourced from all over the world and flower availability is based on the season and weather conditions globally. Substitutions are done at the last resort but we will always notify you and give you a similar option (even if it’s a higher value than what you paid). We do guarantee that the palette and overall vibe will match.

Fill out our inquiry form above. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send you an invoice via Honeybook. If you want to add additional flowers or greenery, please send a complete list of either the flowers you would like or the items you want to make and their quantities. A 30%  retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date and  lock in flower rates. Final payment and any additional flower choices are due 30 days prior to your wedding/event. You are able to make additions or change color palettes before the 30 days.
