All DIY flower kits are provided in a DIY format and are not pre-arranged, except for pre-made garlands. Clients will need to arrange the flowers themselves, with guidance from our DIY Guides. Petal and Party Co reserves the right to substitute flowers or greenery based on seasonality, availability, or quality without prior notice. We do not supply vases or other floral supplies, which are available for purchase from our A La Carte menu.

What tools will I need and where do I get them?

Being a Petal and Party Co  client, you’ll have access to a specific supplies list that will be sent to you along with your recipes after you purchase your flowers or have a design consultation. 

Absolutely! Once we receive your inquiry, we'll contact you to arrange a phone consultation. During this call, we'll go over all the details of your needs and include them in your proposal.

How does the Petal and Party DIY Flower Kit process work?

1. Choose your flower collection based on the color palette you prefer.
2. Select the package size that best fits your event. We provide a detailed outline of what you can expect to create with each package.
3. Send us an Inquiry with all your information.
4. Schedule a phone consult and receive a proposal to book your package. 
5. Once you have booked your package, You'll receive an email confirming your order and gain access to your own client portal, DIY guides, In person DIY workshop schedules and our flower care tutorials. 
6. Your flowers will be ready for pick up or delivery 2 to 3  days before your event. Use our DIY guide and tutorials to craft your wedding flowers!

If you don’t find a collection that’s quite right or if you want something custom, you can order a personalized flower design and work with us one-on-one to create it!

Yes, we offer local delivery within 40 miles of Keller, Tx 76248 (If you are outside of 40 mile proximity, we can still offer delivery - a higher charge may occur.) Delivery is recommended 3 days prior to your event.

Every client receives access to their own client portal. The client portal will allow you to pay, communicate and collaborate with our design team.  All payments will be processed through your client portal.

In order to be able to take advantage of our in person DIY workshops, We suggest ordering 3 to 6 months in advance. We will not accept orders less than 2 weeks out from a wedding or event. If you are in a time crunch, please email us!.

Absolutely! We offer customization for all of our packages. If you’d like to modify your existing order or combine packages, just get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How many flowers will I need, and how will I know which combinations to use in each bouquet or vase? We've already calculated the exact number of stems required for each item in your collection and package, so you can be confident you'll have everything you need to create your arrangements. We handle all the details and do the guesswork for you—no need for you to worry about it. We’ve got it all covered! 😊
