If you'd like to add more flowers or greenery, please provide a complete list of your desired flowers or items along with their quantities. To secure your date and flowers, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The final payment and any additional flower selections are due 30 days before your wedding or event. You can make changes or additions to your order, including color palettes, up until the 30-day mark.

We offer FREE pickup at Chandon Arbors in Keller, TX. We also offer delivery within the DFW Metroplex for a delivery fee (based on distance from 76248)

We recommend picking up or getting your flowers delivered 3 days prior to your events. Pickup/Delivery is Monday-Thursday ONLY.

We recommend you place your order 30 days before your event. Since blooms are sourced globally, they may take time to arrive. Ordering well in advance ensures that we can secure specific flowers for your needs.

Any orders made within 30 days of your event may require substitutions based on flower availability. At that point, we’ll have to rely on what’s available in our local market, so we cannot guarantee specific flowers.

***Please Note: Some flowers and greenery, such as smilax, peonies, and poppies, are only available during certain seasons. It’s best to choose in-season blooms for your DIY flower project. Check out our DIY Guide for help selecting seasonal, in-bloom florals. If a flower or greenery you’ve chosen is unavailable or out of season, we will offer a similar alternative or a refund.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash payments. Additionally, we offer payment plans for all customers using Honeybook.
